基于MATLAB的400Hz中频电源仿真研究

摘要 本文以中频电源为研究对象,针对400Hz中频电源系统的主电路搭建了整流逆变电路。SPWM逆变器是整个中频电源的核心部件。根据中频电源的组成和工作原理建立了其MATLAB仿真模型,对全主电路进行了仿真,并给出了系统的实验波形和谐波分析结果。 Based on the medium frequency power supply as the research object, aiming at 400 hz medium frequency power supply system of main circuit structures, the rectifier inverter circuit was set up. SPWM inverter is the core component of the medium frequency power supply.According to the composition and working principle of intermediate frequency power supply, its MATLAB simulation model is established, on the main circuit are simulated, And give the experimental waveform and harmonic analysis results of the system.
