1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇、果糖胺和糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的价值 被引量:9

Value of 1,5-anhydroglucitol,fructosamine and glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis of diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)、果糖胺(FMN)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)联合检测糖尿病(DM)的临床意义。方法选取糖尿病患者75例为DM组,同期体检健康者80例为对照组(HCs组)。分别检测2组血清中1,5-AG、FMN和全血Hb Alc的水平变化。结果 DM组血清1,5-AG的水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清FMN水平和全血Hb Alc水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。比较3种标志物在糖尿病诊断中的价值,1,5-AG敏感性最高(85.33%),Hb Alc特异性最高(95.00%)。结论 1,5-AG诊断糖尿病敏感度好,其与FMN、Hb Alc联合检测更有利于糖尿病患者血糖监测和控制。 Objective To investigate the vaule of 1,5-anhydroglucitol( 1,5-AG),fructosamine( FMN) and glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb Alc) in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus( DM).Methods Seventy five DM patients and 80 healthy participants were selected as DM group and HCs group respectively. Serum levels of 1,5-AG and FMN and blood Hb Alc levels were detected and compared between two groups. Results Serum level of 1,5-AG was significantly lower in the DM group than that in the HCs group( P〈0. 01). Serum level of FMN and blood Hb Alc level were significantly higher in the DM group than those in the HCs group( P〈0. 05). Analysis in diagnosis efficiency of three indicators showed the highest sensitivity was 85. 33% by using 1,5-AG and the highest specificity was 95. 00% by using Hb Alc. Conclusion Combined detection of 1,5-AG,FMN and Hb Alc is highly effective in the DM surveillance and control.
