Perioperative nursing of patients with artificial hip joint revision

目的探讨髋关节翻修术围术期的护理效果。方法对28例髋关节翻修患者实施心理、生活护理、基础护理、并发症预防、功能锻炼;术后随访髋关节功能及并发症的发生,随访时间为6~36个月。结果本组患者住院期间无并发症发生,随访1例发生髋关节脱位、1例因基础疾病死亡,其余患者功能恢复良好,无假体松动、断裂、感染发生。结论做好髋关节翻修术围术期护理有利于减少并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing of patients with artificial hip joint revision in perioperation. Methods The psychological nursing,life nursing,primary nursing,prevention of complications as well as functional exercise were implemented in for 28 patients with artificial hip joint revision,was performed on 28 patients who underwent artificial hip joint revision. Hip function and complications were investigated and follow- up lasted for 6 to 36 months. Results No complication occurred during hospitalization. Dislocation occurred in 1 patient. One case was dead due to foundational disease. The remaining patients maintained good functional recovery. There were no patients suffering from prosthesis loosening,fracture or infection. Conclusion High- quality perioperative nursing can help to reduce the incidence of complications,promote early recovery of patients with artificial hip joint revision and improve the quality of life of patients.
