芳酮类化合物脱除苯甲酰基反应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了新型芳酮类化合物脱除苯甲酰基的反应,考察了助剂、催化剂及反应温度对反应的影响。实验结果表明,以2-乙氧基-4-((4-乙烯基苄基)氧基)苯基)苯甲酮为原料,以甲基苯磺酸为催化剂(n(对甲基苯磺酸)∶n(原料)=1∶100),以乙二醇作为助剂(n(乙二醇)∶n(原料)=3∶1),以甲苯为溶剂,在回流条件下反应80h,得到脱除苯甲酰基的产物1-乙氧基-3-((4-乙烯基苄基)氧基)苯,产率为72%。该反应为芳酮类化合物脱除苯甲酰基提供了新的方法。 It is reported herein a novel debenzoylation of diaryl ketones.The effect of the additives,catalysts,and temperature were studied carefully.The results indicate that the yield of this transformation can reach up to 72% under the standard conditions∶n(p-toluenesulfonic acid)∶n(starting material)=1∶100,n(ethylene glycol)∶n(starting material)=3∶1,toluene,80 hunder reflux.This reaction provides a new method for the debenzoylation of diaryl ketones.
