摘要
用4-羟基吲哚与4,4′-二氟二苯酮作为单体经亲核取代反应合成了聚N-亚苯基吲哚醚酮(PEIN)。其结构通过红外、核磁、GPC以及热分析进行表征。通过分子模拟方法对目标聚合物的分子链结构进行了分析。基于该聚合物具有较为刚性的分子骨架结构,其表现出优异的热性能和较高的玻璃化转变温度(T5%=503℃,Tg=208℃)。由于该聚合物具有锯齿状的分子结构,使得聚合物具有良好的溶解性,可溶于NMP(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)、氯仿等溶剂。
Poly(N-aryleneindole ether)(PEIN)has been synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction of 4,4′-difluoro diphenylmethanone with 4-hydroxyindole.The structures of the polymers are characterized by means of FT-IR,1 H NMR spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography and thermal analysis;the microstructure of PEIN has been analyzed and calculated via molecular simulation method.Based on the rigid molecular skeleton structure of the polymer,poly PEIN showed excellent thermal property and high glass transition temperature(T5%=503 ℃,Tg=208 ℃).Due to the presence of the zigzag structures,this polymer has good solubility,which can dissolve in chloroform(CHCl3)and NMP(N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone).
