摘要
采用组织分离法分离新鲜防风中根、茎、叶内的内生真菌,用形态学方法对其进行初步鉴定并使用滤纸片法来测定其次生代谢产物的抑菌活性。从防风中分离得到32株内生真菌,它们分属于7目9科14属,并且具有不同程度的抑菌活性,其中菌种DR12、DL02、DS07和DS09具有较强的抑菌活性。防风内生真菌种类繁多,其次生代谢产物具有广泛的抑菌活性,从防风植物中分离内生真菌尚属首次报道。
Endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem and leaf of Saposhnikovia divaricate,and then they were morphologically identified.The antimicrobial activities were tested by paper sheet method.32 strains of endophytic fungi isolated fromSaposhnikovia divaricate were classified into 7orders,9families and 14 genus.Almost 32 strains presented antimicrobial activities.DR12,DL02,DS07 and DS09show a strong antimicrobial activity especially.There are abundant and multiple endophytic fungi in Saposhnikovia divaricate and their secondary metabolites have a wide range of antimicrobial activity.The endophytic fungi of Saposhnikovia divaricate were firstly reported in this paper.
