摘要 分析检测了ABS树脂B区、C区、E区及混合废水水质,合理选取混凝气浮法对ABS树脂废水进行了药剂实验,分别选取8种破乳剂和10种絮凝剂对各区废水及混合废水完成了最佳药剂的筛选以及投加量优化,分析得出重要结论提出建设性意见,最后对处理成本进行了分析比较。B区废水最佳破乳剂和絮凝剂为PAC和AN910SH,其最佳投加浓度分别为125 mg/L和12.5 mg/L,其COD、浊度去除率分别能达到95.3%、93.9%和95.1%、95.95%;C区废水最佳破乳剂和絮凝剂为R-破乳剂和FO4440SSH,其最佳投加浓度分别为80 mg/L和8 mg/L,其COD、浊度去除率分别为90.20%、94.35%和97.15%、94.95%;E区废水最佳破乳剂和絮凝剂为R-破乳剂和PAM1,其最佳投加浓度分别为50 mg/L和10 mg/L,其COD、浊度去除率分别为78.30%、97.00%和80.40%、97.60%;混合区废水最佳破乳剂和絮凝剂为R-破乳剂和PAM1,其最佳投加浓度分别为100 mg/L和12.5 mg/L,其COD、浊度去除率分别为98.15%、81.20%和79.05%、98.15%。 The quality of mixed wastewater and the wastewater from ABS resin area B, area C and area E were examined and analyzed, after which the coagulation and air-flotation treatment were selected reasonably to conduct the medicament experiment of ABS resin wastewater. The optimal medicament was selected and the dosing quantity was optimized through coagulation and air-flotation wastewater treatment experiment with eight kinds of coagulant and ten kinds of flocculants. The treatment cost was analyzed and compared as well. Results indicated that the optimal flocculants and coagulant for area B was PAC and AN910SH, under the optimal concentration of 125 mg/L and 12.5 mg/L respectively, the removal rate of COD, turbidity were 95.3% ,93.9% and 95.1%, 95.95% respectively. The optimal flocculants and coagulant for area C was R- demulsifier and FO4440SSH respectively, under the optimal concentration of 80 mg/L and 8 mg/L respectively, the removal rate of COD, turbidity were 90.20% ,94.35% and 97.15%, 94.95% respectively. The best flocculants and coagulant for area E was R-demulsifier and PAM1 respectively, under the optimal concentration of 50 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively, the removal rate of COD, turbidity wbre 78.30%,97.00% and 80.40%, 97.60% respectively. The optimal flocculants and coagulant for the mixed water were R--demulsifier and PAM1, under the optimal concentration of 100 mg/L and 12.5 mg/L respectively, the removal rate of COD, turbidity were 98:15%, 81.20% and 79.05%, 98.15% respectively.
