厌氧水解-A/O工艺处理废纸造纸废水试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用厌氧水解(升流式反应器,UASB)-A/O工艺处理废纸造纸废水,重点考察水力停留时间(HRT)对厌氧水解UASB的影响、厌氧水解-A/O对污染物去除效果和有机物迁移转化规律。结果表明:(1)当HRT=24 h时,COD去除率提高到54.6%,B/C提高了60.6%,相比14 h和18 h显著提高,而32 h相对于24 h提高不显著。COD去除率与HRT符合线性关系y=10.78x+19.2(R2=0.910 2);B/C提高率与HRT之间符合线性关系y=24.742x-18.422(R2=0.958 1)。(2)稳定运行期,COD、氨氮、总氮出水浓度平均值分别为167.71、4.76、13.12 mg/L,系统平均去除率分别为94.62%、81.11%、67.96%。出水满足低档瓦楞纸回用水COD≤300 mg/L,氨氮≤5 mg/L要求。(3)GCMS分析表明,经过水解UASB处理后,污水中酸类、酮类有机物和杂环有机物分解成小分子烷烃类有机物。经过A/O处理后,醇类、酯类得到了显著的降解。 Up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and A/O was used to treat papermaking wastewater, and the influence of HRT on UASB, the effect of anaerobic hydrolysis- A/O on the removal of pollutants, as well as migrating and transferring principle of organics were analyzed. Results indicated that when HRT was 24 h,the removal of COD improved to 54.6%,and B/C improved 60.6%,which increase remarkably compared with 14 h and 18 h,but not obviously compared with 32 h.The relationship between COD removal and HRT conforms with the linear relationship y=10.78x+19.2 (R2=0.910 2), while the relationship between B/C increase and HRT conforms with the linear relationship y=24.742x-18.422 (R2=0.958 1). During stable operating period, the effluent of COD, NH^-N, TN were 167.71 mg/L,4.76 mg/L,13.12 mg/L respectively; and the removal efficiencies of COD, NHs-N, TN were 94.62%,81.11%,67.96%respectively. The mean final effluent is satisfactory to the reuse water standard of COD ≤300 mg/L and NH3-N ≤5.0 mg/L. GC-MS analysis showed that the effluent of anaerobic hydrolysis acid and ketone were depredated into alkane compounds by UASB, and the effluent of alcohol and esters were significantly degraded through A/O process.
