摘要
为了进一步明确药物及个人护理品(PPCPs)的环境风险,利用EPI Suite(4.11)软件计算了54种PPCPs在土壤中的半衰期(T1/2)、有机碳-水分配系数(Koc)、辛醇-水分配系数(Kow)和溶解度(S),并采用地下水污染指数(GUS)法评价了PPCPs在土壤中的淋溶迁移性。结果表明:54种PPCPs中,28种(占总数的52%)淋溶迁移性高,17种淋溶迁移性低,其余9种淋溶迁移性中等。对于所研究的PPCPs,其GUS与log Koc有较好的负相关性,这为评价PPCPs的淋溶迁移性提供了简易方法。说明淋溶迁移性主要受吸附作用的影响,且随着PPCPs吸附性的增强而降低。验证表明评价结果具有一定的合理性,也应综合考虑PPCPs浓度、气候条件、水文地质条件等因素对淋溶迁移性的影响,以更好地预测PPCPs对地下水的污染风险。
In order to further clarify the environmental risk of pharmaceutical and personal care products (PPCPs), the half- life (Tv2), organic carbon-water partition coefficient (Koc), octanol-water partition coefficient (Kow) and solubility(S) of 54 kinds of PPCPs were calculated with the software EPI Suite (4.11). According to the calculation results, leachability of these PPCPs was evaluated using the groundwater ubiquity score (GUS) method, and results show that among the 54 PPCPs, 28 has high leachability, accounting for 52% of the total, 17 has low leachability, and the other 9 has the middle leachability. There is a good negative correlation between the GUS and log Koc of PPCPs in this study, which can provide a simple method for leachability evaluation of PPCPs. And the leachability of PPCPs is mainly influenced by adsorption, higher adsorption results in lower leachability. The test and verification showed that the evaluation result is reliable. Besides, as to the evaluation of leachability of PPCPs, consideration of external influencing factors, such as the concentration of PPCPs, climatic conditions and hydrogeological conditions, is necessary for better prediction of groundwater pollution risk of PPCPs.
