摘要 针对工程施工项目风险源众多的特点,本研究首先根据项目的实际情况对项目进行安全风险识别,并仔细分析了项目存在的安全风险,然后选用AHP法(层次分析法)对项目安全风险进行评价,最后结合该工程施工项目的实际情况,将项目风险进行分类,并针对不同级别的风险源提出项目安全风险的处置方法和应对措施,以减少、避免安全事故,控制安全风险,确保项目的施工、生产安全,案例研究结果验证了AHP的客观准确性,为工程项目施工提供了决策支持。 First of all,according to the actual situation of the project,this study proceeds the security project risk identification,and then analyzes the security risk of the project carefully.Using AHP to evaluate project safety risk and draw the conclusion based on the project: classifying the project risk and choose the proper methods to deal with the risk according to the different risk level.Based on these methods,it will reduce or avoid the accidents in the project,make sure the construction safety.Case study results show that the objective accuracy of AHP,provides decision support for the project construction.
