摘要
机械设备的可靠性与安全性是有着密切关系的,其一旦出现故障,将极易造成重大安全事故,给企业带来不可估量的损失。本文针对某型号的机械设备安全可靠性的各项评价指标,利用层次分析法与模糊数学法相结合的手段对其评价体系内的各项指标因素的权重值及整体安全可靠性的评分分值进行计算。评价结果可以定量的反映出此机械设备的安全可靠性情况,为今后的改进提供依据。
The reliability and safety of the mechanical equipment are closely related.Once the machine fails,it will be extremely easy to cause major accidents and bring inestimable loss to the enterprise.Based on the evaluation indexes of the safety and reliability of one mechanical equipment,this article is to calculate the weight value of index factors and the score of the overall safety reliability of the evaluation system by using a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method.The evaluation results can quantitatively reflect the safety and reliability of mechanical equipment,and provide the basis for the future improvement.
