摘要
拆卸序列生成是拆卸工艺及规划的重要内容之一。将解释结构模型(ISM)引入到差速器拆卸序列规划中,是实现差速器拆卸序列生成的一种方法。在对差速器零部件提取与表达、差速器零部件连接关系进行分析的基础上,构建了基于ISM的零部件连接关系模型从而得到邻接矩阵,通过对ISM邻接矩阵进行相关运算得到连接关系可达矩阵,结合ISM可达矩阵进行层次结构划分建立拆卸有向图并确定其结构深度,从而实现差速器拆卸序列规划,在此基础上结合实际的设计原则与功能要求进行拆卸专机的功能系统设计。
Generation of disassembly sequences is one of main content of the art of disassembling and programming.By adding the Interpretive Structure Modeling(ISM),we can realize the generation of disassembly sequences equipped by differential mechanism.Through extracting and expressing of components of the differential mechanism,and analyzing the connectional relationship of the components,a components relationship model based on Interpretive ISM can be built,so as the connectional adjacency matrix.By calculating the connecting adjacency matrix,we can get the connectional reachable matrix.In order to get the disassembly directed graph and confirm the structure depth of it,the authors divide the hierarchy of disassembly sequences based on connectional reachable matrix.Finally,the generation of disassembly sequences equipped by differential mechanism is built.On the basis of this and the combination of actual design principles and function requirements,the design of functional system for disassembly machine will be removed.
