摘要
以南京长江第四大桥为工程背景,主要介绍了锚碇系统施工过程中温度控制技术方案的选择和实施,并利用有限元分析对其进行了验证,最后通过监测数据充分说明其施工过程采用的优化混凝土配合比、控制浇筑温度、合理划分施工层、冷却管散热的综合的温度控制方案是可行的,并取得了良好的效果。
Taking the fourth large bridge of Nanjing Yangtze River as engineering background,this paper introduces the selection and implementation of temperature control technology solution in anchorage system construction process,and uses finite element analysis to verify,and finally explains that the temperature control solution of optimizing the concrete mix,controlling pouring temperature,reasonably dividing the construction layer,radiating cooling pipe is feasible,and has achieved good results.
