摘要
针对P91钢管道在生产中易出现的因为热处理而产生的硬度低的问题,通过金相、硬度、化学等检测及分析,最终采用合理的热处理工艺进行修复,有效的保证了P91钢管道硬度。
For the problem of low hardness generated by heat treatment in the production of P91 steel pipeline,by detecting and analyzing microstructure,hardness,chemical test etc.,this paper finally applied reasonable heat treatment process to repair,which effectively guaranteed the P91 steel pipeline hardness.
