摘要
目的:研究榛子叶中鞣质成分的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法测定榛子叶乙酸乙酯层和正丁醇层提取物对肝癌细胞系Hep G2和胃癌细胞系7901的生长抑制作用。结果:榛子叶乙酸乙酯层和正丁醇层提取物对肝癌细胞系Hep G2和胃癌细胞系7901的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用且具有剂量依赖关系。结论:榛子叶中的鞣质成分具有体外抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: The antitumor acticity in vitro of tannins from Corytus heter- ophylla leaf was studied in this paper. Method:Antitumor experiment in vitro was done by applying MTT assay to ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract from Corytus heterophylla leaf on Hep G2 and 7901. Result:The ethyl acetate extract and n- butanol extract from Corytus heterophylla leaf inhibited the growth of Hep G2 and 7901. With the concentration elevated, inhibiting action increased. Conclusion:The tannins from Corytus heterophylla leaf has the antitumor acticity in vitro.
