榛子叶鞣质成分的体外抗肿瘤活性研究

Study on the Antitumor Acticity in Vitro of Tannins From Corytus Heterophylla Leaf

目的:研究榛子叶中鞣质成分的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法测定榛子叶乙酸乙酯层和正丁醇层提取物对肝癌细胞系Hep G2和胃癌细胞系7901的生长抑制作用。结果:榛子叶乙酸乙酯层和正丁醇层提取物对肝癌细胞系Hep G2和胃癌细胞系7901的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用且具有剂量依赖关系。结论:榛子叶中的鞣质成分具有体外抗肿瘤作用。

Objective： The antitumor acticity in vitro of tannins from Corytus heter- ophylla leaf was studied in this paper. Method：Antitumor experiment in vitro was done by applying MTT assay to ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract from Corytus heterophylla leaf on Hep G2 and 7901. Result：The ethyl acetate extract and n- butanol extract from Corytus heterophylla leaf inhibited the growth of Hep G2 and 7901. With the concentration elevated, inhibiting action increased. Conclusion：The tannins from Corytus heterophylla leaf has the antitumor acticity in vitro.
