Research Progress on the Chemical Compositions and Application of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae

因现代社会工作生活压力大,失眠、焦虑等症状困扰着越来越多的人,对养心安神药物的研发也越发迫切。酸枣仁养心、益肝、安神,是常用的安神药,本文对近年来关于酸枣仁的化学成分和应用方面的研究进行了综述。

The symptom such as insomnia and anxiety troubled more and more people for the high pressure of modern life and work, so the research on the drugs which could heal insomnia and anxiety is increasingly urgent. Semen ziziphi spinosae is a commonly used herb which could help healed insomnia and anxiety. This paper summaried the researches on the chemical compositions and application of Semen ziziphi spinosae in recent years.
