摘要
2号机组在冷态开机过程中均存在高压转子1瓦轴振幅值过大故障,通过分析历史数据,诊断振动故障为中心孔进油以后诱发高压转子产生热弯曲所致。检查结果验证了诊断结论的正确性,清理并密封高压转子中心孔以后,冷态开机过程中高压转子振动正常,困扰电厂长达10年之久的振动故障得以成功消除。
Relative rotor vibration amplitude increased close to trip level during load-up period in every cold start. Analysis of history vibration data reveals that the lube oil imbibed into center bore caused the HP rotor to thermal bent. The vibration malfunction has been successfully eliminated by cleaning and sealing the center bore.
