摘要
来宾B电厂2号机在2014年恢复性大修后的开机过程中,在机组冲转过临界转速时,高中压缸前后轴承发生激烈振动。分析了该振动的故障特征和机理,找到引起振动的原因,利用动平衡的手段和方法,解决振动问题,机组轴承轴振动已达到合格标准。
Unit 2 turbine-generator occurred high vibration while speed-up passing the critical speed during the final thorough overhaul commissioning test. The report analysis the vibration characteristic and find out the root cause. After the high speed dynamic balancing,the high vibration level has been decreased,the turbine-generator unit vibration had been acceptable.
