城际铁路线网规划方案实施效果评价方法探讨

Discussion on Implementation Effect Evaluation Method of Inter-city Railway Line-network Planning Scheme

城际铁路对于缓解城市群交通运输紧张状况、促进区域内经济社会协调发展具有重要作用。在分析既有城际铁路线网实施后的效果评价方法的基础上,构建城际铁路线网规划实施效果评价指标体系,建立基于双灰色模糊模型的城际铁路线网规划方案实施效果评价方法。以关中城市群城际铁路线网规划方案为例分析,该方法通过各准则层中相关因素互补,调整各准则层的影响程度,提高了线网规划方案实施效果评价的可靠性。

Inter-city railway has an important role on releasing tension status of urban agglomeration transportation and promoting coordinative development of economy and society inside the region. Based on analyzing the effect evaluation method after implementation of existing inter-city railway line-network, the implementation effect evaluation index system of inter-city railway line-network planning was established, and the implementation effect evaluation method of inter-city railway line-network planning scheme based on double grey fuzzy model was established. Taking the inter-city railway line-network planning scheme of Guanzhong urban agglomeration as the example, the analysis result shows： through complementing the relative factors in each criterion layer and adjusting the influence degree of each criterion layer, the evaluation method increases the reliability of the implementation effect evaluation of line-network planning scheme.
