一种含氟pH值响应性聚合物的制备

摘要 通过无皂乳液聚合制备了一种具有p H值响应型的聚合物Poly(TFEMA-DMAEMA-PEGMA),通过红外、核磁、测定了聚合物的结构。通过激光粒度仪和Zeta电位仪测定了聚合物胶束在不同的pH值的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中响应行为,该聚合物可能用于在不同p H值中药物释放载体。 A kind of pH - responsive ( DMAEMA - TFEMA - PEGMA) were prepared via surfactam - free emulsion polymerization. The chemical structure of the copolymers was characterized by Fr- IR, NMR. The particles were studied by dynamic light scattering, and zeta potential measurement ; the polymer displayed a significant pH - responsive behavior. This study suggests that the poly (DMAEMA- TFEMA- PEGMA) have potential applications as a-ntrolled drug release carrier.
