含氟丙烯酸系胶粘剂的合成及研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用丙烯酸酯类单体及含氟丙烯酸酯单体,通过乳液聚合的方式制得含氟丙烯酸系胶粘剂。讨论了配方条件对含氟丙烯酸系胶粘剂的聚合稳定性及黏性的影响,在软硬单体比例为7:8,引发剂用量0.5%,乳化剂用量为1%,AA用量为15%,AM用量为10%,DFHMA用量为8%时,含氟丙烯酸系胶粘剂具有较好的聚合稳定性及粘结性,对铜片的拉伸剪切强度达到8.25MPa。当含氟丙烯酸系胶粘剂用作锂离子电池的胶粘剂时,锂离子电池经50次循环以后的可逆比容量保持率为97.6%,并表现出较稳定的电池性能以及较好充放电效率。 In this paper, fluorine - containing acrylate binder was synthesized by the method of emulsion polymerization. The influence factors in fluorinated emulsion polymerization process were systemically studied, and the paper also discussed the structures and properties of the latex films. The optimal polymerization condition was as follows: initiator 0.5%, emulsifier 1% ,AA 15%, AM 10%, DFHMA8%, AN: 2 - EHA =8:7 and polymerization temperature 60. While copper were measured to adhesion tests, the tensile shear strength could reach 8.25 MPa. When fluoride acrylic adhesive as binder for lithium ion batteries, its reversible specific capacity remain at a rate of 97.6% after 50 cycles. And the battery showed a stable battery performance and a well charge and discharge efficiency.
