摘要
通过单因素和正交试验对匀浆+热水提法提取马齿苋叶多糖工艺进行了优化。结果表明:提取温度65℃,料液比(m:m)1:45,提取时间为75min,多糖得率最高为6.28%。
The single factor and homogenate and hot water extraction of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea, L was optimized. At the same time the polysaccharide is investigated about antibacterial activity and its heat stability. The results show that the large yield of polysaccharide was 6.28% at 65, solvent- solid ratio 45:1,75min.
