摘要 建立了改良的二苯碳酰二肼光度法测定水中铬离子浓度。方法为在酸性条件下,以二苯碳酰二肼(DPC)为显色剂、非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100为增稳剂测定水中的六价铬。该法线性范围0~1.00mg/L,平均回收率为101.2%,批内变异系数(CV)和批间变异系数分别为0.6%~2.6%和1.0%~3.7%,与参考方法较具有良好的相关性,线性回归方程和相关系数分别为Y=0.9931X+0.0036,r=0.9994。用改良的二苯碳酰二肼光度法测定水中铬离子浓度方法简便、试剂稳定,适合推广应用。 To establish a proved spectrophotometric method for the analysis of Chromium (VI) in water. The Chromium (VI) in water was determined by the method suing diphenyl -hydrazine as a chromogenic agent in thc presence of non - ionic surfactant TritonX - 100 under acidic conditions. The method was liner in the range of 0 ~ 1.00mg/L, the average rate of recovery was 101.2%, the within run and between run CV was 0.6% ~ 2.6% and 1.0% ~ 3.7%, respectively. Comparing this method (Y) with reference method (X) , we obtained the regression equation: Y = 0.9931X + 0.0036, r = 0.9994. This method is simple, stable and suitable for application.
