摘要
单机架冷轧机轧制过程中各项自动化功能对轧机稳定高效轧制具有重要的意义。根据冷轧生产线的工艺技术及装备特点,对轧钢过程中大量的事件统计,有针对性地进行研究与分析,找出影响和制约各项自动化功能的关键因素与环节,编写和优化相关控制模型,将实践与理论相结合,为单机架冷轧机自动控制系统的提升创造有利条件,有效地提升轧钢过程中对带钢偏移位置和板型的观察精度;极大改善操作人员的工作环境和劳动强度;有效地降低轧钢能耗,实现以最少的投入和损耗赢得较好的生产效果的最终目标。
