摘要
心理资本效应研究是心理资本研究的重要组成部分和发展最快的分支,主要集中于心理资本主效应、中介效应和调节效应。管理学视域的实证研究回顾显示,心理资本效应研究已取得了长足进展,但也存在着研究内容、研究方法以及研究层次与文化背景三方面的不平衡。未来应强化心理资本的中介效应、调节效应以及心理资本主效应的发生机制与边界条件研究,并在此过程中采用多元化方法和多层次研究与跨文化研究,以获取心理资本效应研究的系统性知识及心理资本效应发生条件的新洞见。此外,未来研究还可以通过探索特定文化背景下特定主体及其在特定活动过程的心理资本结构夯实心理资本效应研究的构思与测量基础。
The research of psychological capital effects is an important part and the fastest growing branch of psychological capital research. It mainly focuses on the main effect,mediator effect and moderator effect. Reviews of empirical literature under management horizon show that the research of psychological capital effects has made considerable progress,but there are three imbalances in research contents,research methods,research levels and cultural backgrounds. It should be strengthened in the examination of mediator effect and moderator effect of psychological capital,and formation mechanisms and boundary conditions of the main effect in future. In the process,multiple methods,multi-level research and cross-cultural research should be adopted to obtain systematic knowledge of psychological capital research and new insight into the formation mechanisms of psychological capital. In addition,the psychological capital structure of certain particular subjects in a particular activity process under certain cultural background should be explored to consolidate the construct and measurement basis of the research of psychological capital effects.
