摘要 以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为骨架材料,研究了一般通用橡胶绝缘电缆护套的配方。在对硫化、补强和填充、增塑和偶联、老化和稳定体系进行选择后,确定了该绝缘橡胶的优化配方。对研制的橡胶护套性能进行了测定,结果表明:绝缘橡胶性能优良,加工工艺良好。 In this paper, the formula of a general insulating rubber sheath was developed. Chlorinated Polyethylene(CPE) and Ethylene-Octene Copolymer(POE) was used as the base polymer. The insulating compound based on suitable curing system, filling and reinforcing system, plasticizing and coupling system, anti-aging and stabilizing system was investigated. The properties of the rubber sheath were tested. The results showed that the rubber formula and the processing technology were excellent.
