摘要
目的 探讨危重评分在颅脑创伤危重症诊治中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2013年5月到2014年11月我科收治的颅脑创伤危重症患者50例,在接诊时都进行TRISS评分,急诊治疗后进行预后观察。结果 TRISS危重评分为10~60分,本组患者评分平均（21.75±10.25）分。根据判断标准,轻度伤18例,中度伤12例,重度伤20例。所有患者经过急诊治疗后,存活36例,死亡14例,死亡率为28.0%。同时经过观察,TRISS危重评分为重度伤的死亡率明显高于中度伤与轻度伤,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 危重评分在颅脑创伤危重症诊治中的应用是重要的判断伤情的客观指标,有利于提高患者生存率。
Objective To analyze the effect of critical scoring in the application of treating of severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 50 cases with severe craniocerebral trauma were collected from May 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital.And all patients were observed after scored by TRISS and treated.Results The average score were 21.75±10.25,the number of mild patients was 18,the medium patients was 12,and the severe patients was 20 according to the TRISS.The deaths was 14,and the rate of deaths was 28%in all patients.The rate in severe patients was higher than that in mild and medium patients,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The critical scoring is a good objective indicator in the application of treating of severe craniocerebral trauma.
