摘要
为保证安泰选煤厂拟建场地下方老窑采空区注浆治理效果,采取了设计单位协助业主单位进行技术管理的方式。设计方代表在施工现场进行了钻孔位置调整,完善了注浆原料来料管理、配料抽检措施,制定了合理注浆顺序,有效协调了设计方、施工方及业主。结果表明:该注浆治理工程落实了设计思想,治理综合检测显示老窑采空区得到有效填充,能满足建设场地需要。采用设计方委派代表协助进行现场技术管理,有利于保证施工质量、节约施工投资、完成施工目标。
In order to insure grouting prevention effect of waste mine gob over which coal washing plant would be constructed, the technical management mode of design party assisting owner party was applied. Deign representative effectively coordinated design party, construction party and owner by bore-bole location adjustment, grouting material managing, ingredient sampling and formulating ra- tional grouting sequence. Practice showed that the grouting engineering realized design idea and comprehensive inspection result showed that waste mine gob was stewed effectively and could meet the requirement of construction site. Applying the mode of design representa- tive assisting site technical management was favorable for ensuring construction quality, saving construction investment and achieving construction goal.
