摘要 苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)是一种常用的沥青改性剂,由于溶解度参数和密度等差异,SBS在沥青中易发生离析。将SBS与胶粉复合后分散到沥青中,制备了热储存稳定的SBS改性沥青。在密炼机和相容剂作用下,胶粉与SBS结合,降低了SBS与沥青之间的密度差,减小了SBS在沥青中离析的趋势。将等密度法应用于不同的沥青和不同的SBS,实现了不同改性沥青的稳定。 Styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)is a conventional modifier for asphalt.However,SBS tends to separate in asphalt due to the solubility parameter and density differences between them.Hot-storage stable SBS modified asphalts were made by dispersing the melt blend of SBS and Ground Tire Rubber(GTR).GTR reduced the differences of the densities between SBS and asphalt,thus reduced the separation of SBS in asphalt.Analysis showed that the densities of blend and asphalt were close after the swelling of maltenes into blend.Then,this equal density method was applied to stabilize different asphalts with different SBS.
