摘要 采用乳液聚合法,以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、苯乙烯和丙烯腈为原料,合成一系列丙烯腈-三元乙丙橡胶-苯乙烯(AES)接枝共聚物,与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)树脂共混制备AES树脂,考察了橡胶相EPDM和相对分子质量调节剂十二烷基硫醇(TDDM)的用量对AES树脂的冲击强度的影响;以及EPDM质量分数对AES树脂的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响。结果表明,EPDM质量分数超过15%后,AES树脂冲击强度大幅度增加;TDDM的质量分数为1%时,AES树脂的冲击强度达到最大值;随着EPDM用量增加,AES树脂的拉伸强度减小,断裂伸长率变大。 A series of acrylonitrile-EPDM-styrene(AES)graft copolymer were synthesized by emulsion polymerization with ethylene propylene diene monomer,styrene and acrylonitrile,then AES graft copolmer blended with SAN resin.The effect of rubber phase ploy(ethylene propylene diene monomer)and tertiary dodecyl mercaptan(TDDM)on the nothed impact strength of the AES resin was investigated.The effect of EPDM content on the tensile strength and elongation at break was also investigated.It was found that the notched impact strength increases sharply when rubber phase content was beyond 15%.The notched impact strength of AES resin reaches the maximum walue when the amount of TDDM was 1%.The tensile strength decreases slightly,and the elongation at break increases significantly with the amount of rubber phase increaseing.
