摘要
利用正交实验法,分别从多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)的用量、动态载荷、频率以及实验温度等方面研究了在定载荷下其对MWNTs/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料的动态压缩生热、动态压缩永久变形、动态滞后损失和动刚度的影响。结果表明,MWNTs的用量、载荷、频率与温度对MWNTs/NR复合材料的动态压缩疲劳性能的影响方面不同,影响的大小也有较大差异。
Dynamic compression heat build-up,dynamic compression permanent deformation,hysteretic loss and dynamic stiffness of MWNTs/NR composite were studied in the aspect of the MWNTs dosage,dynamic load,frequency and temperature with orthogonal experiment method.Results showed that their influence on the dynamic compressive fatigue properties of composites differs,affecting the size of the different.
