Plant Selenium-rich Characteristics and Influence Factors Analysis in Eastern Region of Qinghai

摘要 为了解青海省平安-乐都富硒区植物富硒特征状况,对富硒区48种植作物进行取样调查,发现富硒区不同种类植物、同种植物不同部位间硒含量差异明显。通过分析土壤全硒对植物硒的影响,发现大部分植物硒含量与土壤硒均呈明显的正相关关系,但过高的硒含量会降低植物对硒的吸收能力;进一步分析土壤有效态与植物硒的关系,认为有效态硒主要由水溶态、离子交换态和碳酸盐态构成,为该区植物硒提供了直接的物质来源。 To understand the status ot the plant selenmm-rlch charactenshc in Fingan-Ledu selenium-rich area, Qinghai Province, through sam- pling survey of 48 planting crops, research found that selenium content in different kinds of plants, different positions of the same plant has signif- icant differences. Through analyzing the effect of soil total selenium on plant selenium, most of the plants and soil selenium content showed signif- icant positive correlation, but too high content of selenium will reduce the ability of plants to absorb selenium ; The relationship between soil ef- fective state and plant selenium was further analyzed, it was thought that effective state of selenium is mainly composed of a water soluble, ex- changeable and carbonate state, which will directly provide material sources of plant selenium.
