不同椰糠配比基质对香石竹扦插育苗的影响 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]研究椰糠代替草炭作为香石竹种苗扦插基质的可能性。[方法]以珍珠岩、椰糠为主要基质,通过设置不同配比对香石竹‘马斯特’(R3)、‘珍珠粉’(D24)2个品种进行扦插试验,统计成苗率。[结果]‘马斯特’(R3)采用椰糠和珍珠岩比例为5∶3或5∶7,成苗率虽略低于对照组,但其稀根率亦显著低于对照,具备替代草炭混合基质的可能性;‘珍珠粉’(D24)采用椰糠和珍珠岩比例为5∶5(1∶1)的混合基质扦插,成苗率高于对照,且稀根率亦显著低于对照,可替代草炭混合基质在‘珍珠粉’扦插育苗中使用。[结论]香石竹育苗过程中在基质中合理添加椰糠比例能够提高相应品种成苗率,同时摆脱无土扦插过程中对草炭的依赖。 [ Objective] This study aimed at studying the possibility that the grass carbon cutting matrix of Dianthus caryophyUus can be re- placed with coir. [ Method ] In the study, perlite and coir were used as main matrixes. Then the seeding rates were counted through conducting tests of cutting nursery on two varieties of Dianthus caryophyllus, the ' Masters' ( R3 ) and the ' Pink Pearl' (D24) by setting different pro- portion of matrixes. [ Result] Though seeding rates of the 'Masters' (R3) with matrix proportions of coir and perlite-5:3 or 5:7 were lower than the control group, the thin root rates were also lower than the control group, which meant that this kind of matrixes could possibly take place of the mixed grass carbon matrix ; Though seeding rates of the ' Pink Pearl' (D24) with the matrix proportions of coir and perlite-5: 5 ( 1 : 1 ) was higher than the control group, the thin root rate was also lower than the control group, which meant that this kind of matrix could take place of the mixed grass carbon matrix in the cutting nursery of Pearl Pink. [ Conclusion] During the process of Dianthus caryophyllus seeding, addition of reasonable coir proportion in matrixes helps corresponding varieties to enhance their seeding rates and also the dependence of grass carbon in the soilless cutting nursery.
