亚硒酸钠叶面微肥对魔芋球茎硒含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为提高魔芋产品中硒含量。[方法]以无机亚硒酸钠为外源硒,复配成利于吸收转化的叶面微肥。通过大田喷施,研究魔芋球茎富集特性。[结果]施用量在105~1680g/hm。范围,魔芋球茎总硒量达0.327~1.842mg/kg,均达到富硒标准,对外源硒的利用率为0.16%~0.38%,平均为0.30%。用量105~210g/hm^2时,利用率最高0.38%,施用量越大,利用率降低。[结论]综合考虑产品品质、环境和经济等因素,作为叶面喷施含硒微肥来提高魔芋的品质,以105~210g/hm^2用量为宜。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to increase the selenium content in konjac products. /MethodJ Sodium selenite, as exogenous selem- um, was mixed with other trace elements to promote the absorption and the transformation by leaf, and the enrichment characteristics of konjac corms was explored through field application. [ Result] When the application of selenium were 105 - 1 680 g/hm^2, the total Se content of konjac corms was 0. 327 - 1. 842 mg/kg and selenium content in the products derived from the corm was rich according to the standard of rich selenium products ( DB61/T556 - 2012). And the utilized rate of exogenous selenium was 0. 16% - 0, 38%, and the average was 0.30%. When the us- age was 105 -210 g/hm^2, the highest utilized rate was O. 38%. [ Conclusion] Considering the product quality, environmental and economic fac- tors, selenium as foliar trace element fertilizer improved the quality of konjac, and the optimal dosage was 105 -210 g,/hm^2.
