摘要
介绍了用于防治桃褐腐病菌的化学防治、物理防治、微生物防治及植物源农药防治等方法的研究进展,其中重点阐述了化学农药β-微管蛋白抑制剂(BZIs)、甾醇脱甲基酶抑制剂(DMIs)、二甲酰亚胺类杀菌剂(DCFs)、苯醌外部抑制剂(Qo Is)和琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂(SDHIs)的抗菌机制及桃褐腐病菌的抗药性机理,最后展望了今后的研究方向。
Disease control strategies including chemical control, physical control, microbial control, and that using botanical fungicides were summarized. The antifungal mechanisms of the fungicides including benzimidazoles inhibitor(BZIs), sterol demethylation inhibitor(DMIs), Qo respiration inhibitors ( QoIs), dicarboximides fungicide (DCFs) and succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors (SDHIs) were reviewed. Furthermore, the underlying resistance mechanisms of Moniliniafructicola to aforementioned fungicides were also discussed. The future research direction was fore- casted.
