广西北部湾优势海鞘种油脂成分分析

Analysis of Oil Composition in Dominant Ascidian in Guangxi Beibu Gulf

[目的]探讨皱瘤海鞘的开发利用价值。[方法]以广西北部湾沿海分布最广泛的皱瘤海鞘为研究材料,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术检测其油脂类成分的相对含量。[结果]皱瘤海鞘中不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的56.94%。多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)中ω-3系列(亚麻酸、EPA和DHA)占总脂肪酸的18.82%;ω-6系列(亚油酸和二十碳四烯酸)占总脂肪酸的16.70%。[结论]皱瘤海鞘中ω-3和ω-6系列相对含量呈现高度均衡性,说明皱瘤海鞘具有良好的开发前景。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the development and utilization values of Styela plicata. [ Method ] Taking Styela plica- ta widely distributed in coastal areas of Guangxi Beibu Gulf as research materials, the relative content of fatty acids in oils of S. plicata were analyzed by using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry （ GC - MS）. [ Result] The unsaturated fatty acids took 56.94% in total fatty acids of S. plicata. Among PUFAs, ω -3 PUFAs（ linolenic acid, EPA and DHA） took 18.82% of total fatty acids of S. plicata, ω -6 PU- FAs（ linoleic acid and eicosatetraenoic acid） took 16.70% of total fatty acids of S. plicata. [ Conclusion] The relative contents of ω- 3 PU- FAs and ω -6 PUFAs showed a high balance, which indicated S. plicata had a broad development prospect.
