摘要
[目的]拟研究建立一种对面粉及其制品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠的检测方法。[方法]根据甲醛次硫酸氢钠能溶于水,且在溶液中和加热时会释放出甲醛的特点,将样品中的甲醛次硫酸氢钠经水溶解加热释放出甲醛,甲醛与衍生试剂2,4-二硝基苯肼发生反应后,利用高效液相色谱进行定性定量。[结果]试验表明,在0.15-7.50mg/L浓度范围内,甲醛的质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。检出限为0.5mg/kg;样品的加标回收率为95.68%-97.73%,相对标准偏差(RSO)为1.34%~2.84%。[结论]该研究建立的方法准确、简便、快速,可用于测定面粉及其制品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠的含量。
[ Objective ] A method for determination of sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate in flour and its products was established. [ Method J The samples were dissolved in the water and heated. Then the formaldehyde was extracted and reacted with 2, 4-dinitrobenzene hydrazine to form the derivative which can be qualitative and quantitative by HPLC with DAD. [ Result] The calibration curve was linear over a range from 0.15 to 7.50 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 8 and detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg. The recovery was between 95.68% and 97.73% , and the relative standard deviation was between 1.34% and 2.84%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of sodium formaldehyde sulphoxvlate in flour and its products.
