概括了安徽省城镇化的特征:已基本形成了"金字塔"式城镇层级结构,但其城镇化水平整体不高,地域差异明显。分析了安徽省城镇化发展进程中存在的主要问题:人口异地城镇化突出,中心城市辐射带动力不强,城镇化与工业化发展不同步,"土地城镇化"速度高于"人口城镇化",影响和制约了城镇对农业转移人口的吸纳能力。据此提出了相应对策:要提高城镇综合承载水平,提升中心城市辐射带动能力,注重工业化与与城镇化的协调发展,提高对农村转移人口的吸纳能力,以进一步提高安徽城镇化水平。

The characteristics of urbanization in Anhui Province were summarized ： it has basically formed a ＂pyramid＂ type of urban hierar- chy, but the level of urbanization is not high overally, and regional differences are significant. In the development process of urbanization, there are many problems, such as population urbanization in other places is prominent, the driving forces of central cities are not strong, ur- banization and industrialization are not synchronized, the ＂land of urbanization＂ is faster than ＂population urbanization＂ and other issues, which impact and constraint the ability to absorb the transferred population from agriculture. Therefore, several corresponding countermeasures were put forward ： improving the overall level of the town carrying, lifting the ability of radiation and driving of central cities, focusing on the coordinational development of industrialization and urbanization, improving the ability to absorb the transfer of rural population, so as to further improve urbanization level in Anhui Province.
