气凝胶-钒尾矿催化剂的表征及应用 被引量:3

摘要 以商洛本地丰富的钒尾矿与气凝胶结合,通过浸渍法制备气凝胶一钒尾矿催化剂,并对其进行扫描电镜和TG—DSC分析。考察催化剂对甲醇与乙醇一步合成异丁醛和仲丁醇氧化反应合成丁酮的催化活性,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对反应产物进行检测。TG—DSC和扫描电镜结果表明,催化剂在(100-1000)℃几乎不发生质量变化,耐热性良好,催化剂表面呈海绵多孔状,金属负载均匀,孔径从几十纳米到几百纳米。 Using silica aerogel and molybdenum tailings from shangluo as the raw materials,silica aerogelvanadium tailings catalyst was prepared by the impregnation method. The morphology of the catalyst was characterized by means of SEM and TG-DSC. The activities of the catalyst for methanol reacted with ethato synthesize isobutyl aldehyde and sec-butyl alcohol oxidation to produce butanone were investigated The reaction products were detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the catalyst had little mass loss at ( 100 - 1 000)℃ and exhibited good thermal stability. The catalyst possessed porous sponge surface, uniform loading metal, and small pores with nano size.
