摘要
文章针对数控铣削中渐变非圆曲线零件轮廓复杂,编程困难(没有现成指令可应用,往往需要自动编程,程序复杂)的问题。在分析渐变非圆曲线成型特点的基础上,采用建立非圆曲线的数学模型并推导出相关参数表达式,利用数控系统的用户宏功能,开发出具有较高实用价值的渐变非圆曲线轮廓加工的参数程序。通过验证,该方法大大简化了程序,节省了加工时间,提高了生产效率和加工精度。在实际生产中有一定的推广应用价值。
