摘要
针对可重构制造系统中随机Petri网模型不能描述系统时间参数的模糊性的特点,利用模糊数来描述制造系统下参数的模糊性,综合运用模糊集理论和随机Petri网的分析方法对系统的可靠性进行分析。以可重构制造系统为例,采用随机Petri网建立可重构制造系统可靠性模型,利用模糊统计法来确定其隶属度,并计算出系统重构后不同方案的可靠性,选择最优的方案。
Given that stochastic Petri net modeling in the reconfigurable manufacturing system can not describe the characteristic of time parameters' ambiguity. Using fuzzy stochastic Petri net to describe the parameters' vagueness under the manufacturing system. Analysis of the integrated use of fuzzy set theory and stochastic Petri nets to analyze the reliability of the system. In this paper,we will use stochastic Petri nets build reconfigurable manufacturing system reliability model,to determine their membership by using fuzzy statistics,Then we will calculate the reliability of the reconstruction of the different options,and select the best solution.
