医务志愿者综合管理系统初探

A Preliminary Study on the Comprehensive Management System of Medical Volunteers

传统的医务志愿者档案由"纸加笔"完成,完整性准确性欠缺,档案还易作假。以苏北人民医院为例,以往的医疗志愿服务档案注册不规范,报名半信息化,统计以EXCEL表手工完成,不及时、不准确、耗时耗力且查找繁琐。新的医务志愿者综合管理系统以院内网为平台,通过身份证读卡进行注册,登录系统选择服务项目签入签出,管理系统随时查询、增删和输出服务记录,更加高效、方便和准确。将来可以互联网推广此系统,实现志愿者信息互通的功能。

The traditional medical volunteers files which were completed by ＂paper and pen＂lack accuracy and are easy to make false records. The medical volunteers files in the past were half informatized and not standardized in registration,and the statistics were completed by hand. Now,with the help of internal network platform of the hospital,the new files are much more efficient,accurate and convenient. It is worthy to popularize the files on the platform of internet in the future.
