摘要
轧机刚度对产品的厚度精度和板形控制都十分重要,但轧机刚性系数不是固定不变的,而是受现场工况和实际轧制条件所影响的,故实际生产一段时间后,需要对轧机刚度进行测定,获得与现场实际生产相符的轧机刚度系数。本文在传统压靠法的基础上,结合现场实际生产中UCMW轧机特性,分别测量和计算了UCMW轧机中间辊在不同横移位置处的轧机刚度,同时在测定过程中考虑了轧制力上升和下降的情况,保证了数据的可靠性,提高了轧机刚度计算的精确度,从而提高了辊缝计算模型的精确度。
Mill rigidity is very important for the thickness accuracy and shape control of products, however the mill rigidity coeffi- cient is not intrinsic constant in various rolling conditions. So the mill rigidity should be measured in actual production for a period of time. In this paper, taking into account the characteristics of UCMW mill, and based on the traditional pressing method, the mill rigidity was measured and calculated under different intermediate roll shififng position with the rolling force in the rising and de- clining situation. This method ensured the reliability of the data and improved the calculation accuracy of rolling mill rigidity.
