国外某电解脱脂机组改造工艺及设备特点

Reformed process and equipment characteristics of a foreign electrolytic degreasing line

针对某电解脱脂机组生产效率低、停机时间长、带钢清洗质量不稳定等问题,分析了该机组工艺设计和装备缺点,并提出了相应改造方案。生产实践表明:改造后的机组运行稳定,机组产能、带钢清洗质量、介质排放等各项指标全部达到或超过了合同规定的保证值要求。

Aiming at the problems of a foreign electrolytic degreasing line, such as low productivity, long down- time and instability of cleaning quality, the faults of process design and equipment of this unit were analyzed, and the corresponding reform scheme were put forward. Production practice showed that the unit running stability, the capacity index, strip cleaning quality and medium emissions met or exceeded all the provisions of the contract to ensure that the value requirement.
