摘要
为提高中厚板生产的厚度精度,建立了包括轧制力自适应及弹跳方程自适应的两维自适应模型,并划分出厚度层别﹑宽度层别﹑轧制力层别及钢种层别。按照轧制时间的由近及远,模型对根据实际生产数据回归的相关参数进行指数平滑法处理,以高精度地获取轧制力自适应及弹跳方程自适应系数。该两维自适应模型在某3 500 mm轧机的过程控制系统中的应用效果良好。
To enhance the gauge precision of plate, two-dimensional self-adapt model was built, including the self-adapt of rolling force and self-adapt of mill spring. In order to distinguish self-adapt parameters with high precision, layers dividing of gauge, width, rolling force and steel grades were carried out in the model.Among them, nature logarithm method was used to the layers dividing of gauge and rolling force. Exponential smoothing method was used to deal with the real-time data of rolling process and so that to get the self-adapt parameters of rolling force and spring function. This two-dimensional self-adapt model was applied in the process control system of a domestic 3 500 mm mill, and favorable result was reached.
