为实现薄规格热轧花纹卷的稳定生产并降低板形质量异议,对轧机负荷分配、轧机弯辊和轧辊横移控制、辊型、轧制操作、温度设定等方面进行了优化,使花纹板板形质量异议降低了80%。
To ensure the stable production of hot rolled checker strip and reduce the quality objection for plate shape, some optimization measures were put into practice, such as load distribution of rolling mills, roll bending and shifting control, roll shape, operation, rolling temperature and coiling temperature. Thus the quality objection for plate shape was reduced 80%.
