摘要
以三峡水电站安装的ALSTOM水轮发电机组为例,对ALSTOM厂家所提供的推力瓦抽瓦工具的形状、结构及其操作方法作了描述。针对这种工具存在的问题,并结合推力瓦结构形式和现场检修工作实际,逐步研究并设计出了一套新型推力瓦抽瓦工具。从降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率、强化安全作业角度,具体讲解新型推力瓦抽瓦工具在实际检修工作中的应用与创新点,并对新型推力抽瓦工具的结构形式、研制过程及其在实际运用过程中的优势作了介绍。
Taking the Alstom turbines installed in Three Gorges Hydropower Plant as an example,the shape,structure and operation method of the thrust pad extraction device provided by Alstom Group for the turbines are described. To avoid the drawbacks of the device,a new thrust pad extraction device is progressively developed by taking into consideration of both the structural form of the thrust pads and the overhaul practice on site. The innovation of the thrust pad extraction device and its application in overhaul are explained in terms of lowering labor intensity,enhancing labor efficiency and strengthening safe operation. In addition,the structural form,research and manufacturing process and the advantages in application of the new thrust pad extraction device are introduced.
