摘要
在爆破堆石坝中造孔浇筑混凝土防渗墙时很有可能形成混凝土离析、夹泥、孔洞等质量缺陷,影响防渗效果,如何有效检测混凝土防渗墙的施工质量显得至关重要。以某爆破堆石坝为分析对象,对比研究了声波透射法、多道瞬态面波法、高密度地震映像法、垂直反射法、弹性波CT技术等多种无损检测技术的检测效果,对造孔混凝土防渗墙进行综合质量检测,了解墙体完整性和缺陷等情况。应用表明,弹性波CT检测技术能较好地反映该工程墙体的实际质量,有关技术的综合利用为混凝土防渗墙的质量检测提供了有效手段。
When a concrete cutoff wall in blasting rockfill dam is constructed,it may cause some defects,such as concrete segregation,mud intercalation,holes,which deteriorates the impervious effect. So it is very important to find an effective technology to detect the construction quality of concrete cutoff wall. Aiming at a blasting rockfill dam,we conduct a detailed discussion and comparison on several non- destructive testing technologies,namely the sound wave transmission method,the transient surface wave method,the high density seismic image method,the vertical reflection method and the elastic wave CT technology.All of these non- destructive testing technologies were used for comprehensive quality detection for the concrete cutoff wall.Through testing,we can understand integrity of the wall and know whether it contains some defects. The results show that the elastic wave CT technology can indicate the real quality of the cutoff wall. These technologies also provide an effective means for the detection of the concrete cutoff wall in other similar projects.
