亭子口水电站移民复建项目价差调整方案探讨

Discussion of price adjustment scheme of reconstruction project in submerged area of Tingzikou Reservoir

亭子口水电站库区交通复建与农田防护工程因设计变更,各标段工程量较招标阶段发生了较大的变化,工程费用大幅增加。为保证合同顺利实施,依据项目特点及当地市场价格,提出4种调整价差的方案,对超出合同费用部分作相应的调差处理,并比较了各方案的优缺点及在实施中应注意的问题。根据亭子口水电站各标段实际情况,选择了一种适宜于库区移民复建项目价差调整的方案。

The traffic reconstruction and farmland protection works in Tingzikou Reservoir area changed during the construction process,so the engineering quantities of each bid section were different from that in biding phrase and the cost increased largely.According to the price of local market,four price adjustment solutions were put forward,which aimed to adjust the cost that exceeded the contract. The advantages and disadvantages of each solution are compared and the problems to be paid attention are pointed out,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the contract. Finally,a solution suitable for the price adjustment of reconstruction project in the submerged area of Tingzikou Reservoir is chosen on the basis of the practical situation there.
