摘要
以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIP)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和聚乙二醇-马来酸酐双酯(PEG-MAH)为单体,采用微波聚合法快速合成了三元共聚智能型、增韧水凝胶。利用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征了水凝胶的结构和形貌;同时对水凝胶的热稳定性、温敏性、pH敏感性、盐敏性和增韧性等进行了测试分析。实验结果表明:水凝胶的LCST在40℃时,平衡溶胀比随溶液pH值的增加而增加,随盐浓度的增加而减小。水凝胶内单体的摩尔比n(NIP)∶n(AM)∶n(PEGMAH)=1∶8∶2时,凝胶的韧性最好。
A intelligent and toughening hydrogel was quickly prepared by means of microwave radiation used N-iso- propyl acrylamide(NIP), acrylamide(AM), maleic anhydride esterified products(PEG-MAH)through ternary copolymeriza- tion. Using infrared spectrum,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and TG analysis characterized the chemical structure, morphology and crystallization property of the hydrogel. The temperature sensitive and pH sensitive of different proportion of the hydrogel were analysed. Experiments showed that, the LCST of NAP hydrogel system at about 40 ~C, equilibrium swelling ratio increased with the PH value of solution increased and the salt concentration decreased. Hydrogel monomer molar ratio of n(NIP):n(AM)..n(PEC,-MAH)=I : 8 : 2 had the preferably toughness.
